Order preparation
Orders are generally prepared within 2 working days after payment confirmation. This period may be extended during busy periods, quality checks or technical issues.
Estimated delivery times
- Mainland France: around 6 working days after dispatch, usually up to 8 working days in total.
- European Union: around 4 to 11 working days after dispatch depending on the destination, plus preparation time.

Delivery address
Check that your address is complete and accurate and that your phone number corresponds to the delivery country.
Parcel tracking
A tracking number is provided when your order is dispatched. It allows you to track the parcel with the carrier.
Damaged or missing parcel
Contact us with your order number. In the event of damage, attach clear photos of the parcel, its packaging and the affected products.
