These Terms of Service govern sales on the Neyapure website, operated by Neyara Group.

2. Products

Products offered are cosmetics for skincare. Descriptions are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros (€), including all taxes. The company may change prices at any time. The applicable price is the one shown when the order is placed.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms. Confirmation is emailed after payment approval.

5. Payment

Payments are secured through Shopify Payments or another provider. Accepted methods are shown at checkout.

6. Delivery

Orders are generally prepared within 2 working days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is around 6 working days in mainland France and 4 to 11 working days in the European Union, depending on destination. Shipping fees and options are shown before payment. See our delivery and tracking page for full details.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under European legislation, customers have 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.

8. Returns and refunds

See our return and refund policy for the procedure, time limits, return costs and hygiene exceptions for unsealed products. Statutory rights remain applicable to defective or non-conforming products.

9. Liability

The company cannot be held responsible for misuse of products. Results may vary between individuals.

10. Personal data

Personal data is processed under the privacy policy.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before legal action.
